STORY

Are you happy with your local GP practice?

Tony Green: The GP’s are great it’s the receptionists who are the ones that bring the surgeries down.

Angela Douthwaite:

Used to be excellent but not happy with service now, nightmare to even get through on phone. Bridge medical practice formerly Dr Choi and partners.

Rachel Sara: Park Lane practice is brilliant. Can’t speak highly enough of Dr Joseph.

Kat Watson: I'm not happy with the lack of patients being seen face to face, however there are ways to get through other than just trying to ring every day. I did an e-consult and got a call a few hours later and face to face the next day. It's much more efficient, just people don't know how to use it and isn't suitable for everyone.

Susan Price Chipp: Why is it that everywhere is open now apart from the Drs, they should be seeing patients now face to face even if they tell you to wear a mask, too many people suffering as it is

Donna Gibson: I've just changed GPs to St Bede Medical and they are absolutely brilliant.

Val Cousins: Well at our doctor at Silksworth you can’t get passed the reception, they seem to say who can see a doctor, you have to wait ages to get through to doctors and phone calls to me are no good.

Jean Burnip: Ours is always empty, and you have to wait weeks for an appointment, even to see a nurse. Cant understand the long waits for appointments when the waiting rooms are actually empty!!

Janette Husband:

Houghton Medical Group is brilliant! They have never stopped face to face! You get telephone appointment and if you need to be seen you are straight in! Brilliant staff brilliant doctors! Well done to you all.

Mark Junkin: Rickleton Medical Centre. Absolutely fantastic.

The doctor and staff are brilliant. Small practise which shows as everyone knows you.

Bill Walton: Absolutely fantastic. No complaints with Whitburn Surgery.
