Jones fires in a hat-trick as Silksworth CW continue unbeaten run

Silksworth CW’s understren­gth squad produced a profession­al display as they saw off bottom of the table Coxhoe Athletic at Beechfield Park.

Kieren Beattie scored for the bottom of the table side, but Silksworth made the most of a much improved second-half display as a Joe Jones hat-trick and a goal apiece for Brad Wilson and Jordan Dagg stretched their unbeaten run to a third game.

The result also kept Jamie Cole’s men in the top five of the table and ensured their hosts are still looking for their first win of the campaign.
