Horden must bounce back from defeat, says Colledge

Horden CW assistant managerAnd­y Coll edge wants his side to get back to winning ways as they prepare to host Sunderland West End this weekend.

Both sides head into the game after suffering consecutiv­e defeats over the last seven days-but remain in the top half of the Northern League Division Two table despite suffering a mini-blip.

The game kicks off a challengin­g October for the hosts and Colledge admitted they need to get off to a winning start in a game he believes will pittwoforw­ard-thinkingsi­des against each other.

He said :“We have both gone through a bit of a bad patch so there’s pressure on both of us to get a win.

“We are both evenly matched in terms of what we want from this season. It will be an open game, both teams like to like to attack, it could be a great one for the supporters.

“We have a tough month coming up and we have carried no luck throughout September, so it’s imperative we get back to winning ways.”
