What would you ask the UK government about how it is going to solve the current climate crisis?

Dave Leathead: How much extra do we need to pay in taxes for you to be able to control the weather?

Michael Jones: Why are we being made to pay so much when we pollute so little? UK people will die this winter as they can not afford to heat their houses all for the green agenda abs the drive to reduce UK CO2 emission from 1% by effectively contracting this out to other countries ( even the EU) and which has added hundreds to our energy bills. Why are you doing this? You are meant to be looking after your own first and foremost.

Ian Coult: The state of the planet is too far gone to be retrieved. The only question to ask is to ourselves. Why have we spent an eternity abusing the place we call home?

Jeff Giles: What is the evidence that humans have caused it?

Gordon Cowell: Looking at the rubbish young people chuck in the streets/beaches/festivals etc etc I don’t actually think they give a hoot about environment or climate change.

John Walker: The UK Government cannot resolve this problem when you have massive polluters like China, Russia, India and USA doing next to nothing to solve the crisis.

Roddy Macpherson: No point unless the rest of the world join in and I can't see USA, Russia, China, and India being very bothered. In the meantime we will put up with E10 petrol, electric cars, and every other thing that is foisted onto us in the name of Green.

Phil Paisley: Make councils justify the use of greenbelt land for housing when there is ample brownfield sites.

Barry Holyoak: Stop polluting the skies.

Graham Appleby: I suggest they address their questions to the big pollution countries like China, India, USA and others, see how far they get. The UK accounts for something like under 2% of emissions worldwide. It's all well & good pushing to go green but why should the UK tax payer foot a huge bill when it won't make a jot of difference on a global scale.
