Donna Olsen: Bunnyhill is a nightmare, the whole system needs reviewing. I feel so sorry for the elderly and vulnerable as they have got no chance. Total disgrace sometimes you are on phone 45 minutes to be then told no appointments this can be day after day.

Pip Parker: Red

House Medical, the receptionist will not give an appointment unless you discuss in detail why you want to speak to a doctor and they don't even understand medical terms so you have to explain everything to them over the phone.

Lou Lloyd: Bridge View is beyond ridiculous. It’slike trying to get blood out of a stone trying to get an appointment.

Debra Riley: Can’t get appointment for love or money at Silksworth, can’t get through on the phone no matter what time of day.

Remy Taylor: Concord doctors are shocking been trying for months now.

Eileen Hughes: My doctor's receptionist told me to google my symptoms as she wasn't medically qualified. Still couldn't speak to the doctor.

Joan Johnston: Sunderland Go Alliance/ Monument Surgery Pennywell worst ever, I’m looking at changing practices ASAP.

Val Morell: I have never had a problem getting an appointment at Dr Stephenson’s surgery.

Kane Collacott: When did this vote come out because it’s very strange how Millfield isn’t on.

Kathleen Taylor:

Deerness Park, never had a problem all through lockdown, rang up, GP rang me back and either was seen or dealt with over the phone, had several appointment in last year and about 10 in last 12 weeks and was referred for hospital tests in two different departments and seen at hospital within two weeks.

Maureen Langley: Old Forge, Pallion the doctors and receptionist have been amazing, yes you have to wait for a short time for phone call but for me I have been very pleased with the results everyone doing a difficult job.
