West End bolster their ranks with signings of Wilson & Moan

Sunderland West End have boosted their squad ahead of Saturday’s home game against Willington.

Former Morpeth Town and Sunderland RCA forward Dom Moan has joined the club for a short spell before he heads to play in the United States.

And a familiar face has returned to West End after Brad Wilson agreed to end his time at Easington Colliery to take his place in Keith Graydon and Steven Stewart’s squad.

Wilson’s former club will get the Northern League weekend underway when the Colliers host struggling Washington in tonight’s fixture across both divisions.

Horden CW are without Barney Dobbinson for their home game against Billingham Synthonia as he serves a three-match ban.

Jak Colledge and Josh Broom will also miss out but striker Chris Tarn is available after returning to the club from Jarrow.

The visitors will be under the charge of a new management team for the first time after they confirmed Mark Stephenson as their new manager.

He will be assisted by Dean Irvine and Steve Johnson also joins the Synners coaching staff.

The visitors will take a

late check on the fitness of striker Levi Collins as they look to avenge their earlyseaso­n defeat against Jarrow.
