-

Global technology consultancy Saggezza has kicked off 2022 by hiring of 20 new employees.

The firm has bolstered its teams in Sunderland, London, Birmingham and Edinburgh as part of an ambitious recruitment drive that aims to create scores of jobs over the next 12 months.

The company – which was acquired by Silicon Valley tech giant, Infostretch, in March – took on its 100th UK employee last year and is anticipating further growth in 2022.

Martin Williams, managing director at Saggezza UK, said: “Last year proved to be a landmark year for the business, despite the many challenges brought about by the pandemic, and we’re delighted to be in the fortunate position where we can continue to invest in our UK operations throughout 2022.

“Not only did we exceed the 100 employee mark but we also began establishing and building teams in a number of new cities, which – as we look to the future – will not only help us attract talent from all corners of the UK, but will also help us improve our service offering to both new and existing clients.”

He added: “Since we opened our first UK office in London, back in 2011, we’ve been delighted by the yearon-year growth the company has charted and the overall contribution our staff have made to the global Saggezza business.

“We could never have achieved this had it not been for the dedication of our employees.”

Saggezza is currently recruiting developers, software testers and salesforce consultants in Sunderland, Edinburgh and Birmingham, with more roles to be advertised over the coming months.
