LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, PC £49.99, PEGI 7
This is a must-have for fans of the three film trilogies, or indeed the previous six LEGO Star Wars games. Glitch-free unlike previous versions, the gameplay is all brand new, with planet hubs and incredible open-world play. There are plenty of quests, objectives and collectables to find, and great combat upgrades with combo attacks and a new aiming system for blasters. There are more than 300 playable characters and venturing through the well-known worlds is a joy, with the wry humour that you would expect from a LEGO game.. 9/10
Sokobos

£3.99, Age rating: All
Set in ancient Greece, this minimalist puzzler centres on pushing boxes to assemble temples. While the concept of box-pushing is nearly as old as video games themselves, Sokobos offers a collection of 60 concise, intelligent puzzles, which will test the grey matter of even the most seasoned puzzle gamer. Escalating in difficulty, extra elements such as rotation and bridges are added to keep players on their toes. The game also allows players to revisit puzzles and optimise their solutions. Fans of the genre will find great value for money here. 8/10

Weird West

Fans of Darkwatch will love this caper, where gunslingers of the Wild West encounter mythological beasts and dabble in the occult, as players go on solo quests or team adventures to ultimately triumph over the baddies. This is no Red Dead Redemption 2 (what is?), but even so, it’s an immersive thirdperson shooter experience from the producers of the brilliant Fall Guys. While tough going at times as you navigate this world, fighting all kinds of characters, creatures and spirits, it’ll leave you crying out for more. Or even just crying. 7/10
