Europe Divided

A modern setting for a classic geo-political tug of war between Russia and an EU/ NATO alliance. Far flung from the classic cold war narratives, the extremely close to home feeling of a time yet to be fully pastiched by film, television and comedy makes for weighty choices. The game is deeply asymmetrical with the EU/NATO player controlling two factions with tons of cash, but little in the way of consolidated political goals, and the Russians able to act fast, but a bit short of funding. Conflict is all area control, but with a muddy political reality behind it that leaves you wondering if there’s any such thing as a good guy anyway.
