Life is all about endings and beginnings now. Things are concluding, allowing for a fresh start. You’re winding down your old life and are at the beginning of a new one. This relates to both your career and personal life.

LISA SAYS: HIT! Yes. This captures what is going on at the moment. I’m in the process of a divorce, looking at new options for work and the family is readjusting to our situation.

2

You’re spreading your wings. Perhaps you procrastinated for far too long and sat on the fence. There is nothing to be feared. As one door shuts another door opens.

LISA SAYS: HIT! It took years to make the decision to leave my husband and have confidence in myself about my abilities.

3

I’m feeling you are the kind of person who gets flashes of inspiration – they suddenly come along. I want to say to you to keep a piece of paper or a journal by your bed so you can write them all down.

LISA SAYS: HIT! I’ve never got a piece of paper next to me! But yes, this is right, I recognise these sudden ideas! I should be more prepared.

4

Someone is talking about a studio. I’m seeing mirrors that go halfway up the wall. Someone is working with you. I’m seeing three people in a partnership.

LISA SAYS: HIT! I teach fitness and yoga. One of my new business ventures is looking after a studio and there are three people involved.

5 LISA SAYS: HIT!

Self-employment is very important to you. You like to pick the hours you work, you like to be your own boss and take back control.

Ever since I became a mum over 20 years ago, this has always been a big thing for me. I like to be in charge of my own destiny.

6

I want to talk about nutrition and herbalism. I feel this is going to be important to you. Weirdly, I’m getting nettles and pineapples! I believe nettle tea is anti-inflammatory.

LISA SAYS: HIT! This is very funny. I’d gone out to the shops the morning of the reading and bought a massive pineapple. It was sitting in my kitchen! I never normally buy them. And in my allotment, I have nettles. I was wondering about what to do with them, so Jo’s given me an idea!

7

I’m getting the name Maria. She is talking about her hands, whether it’s arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, I’m not sure.

LISA SAYS: HIT! I believe Jo is referring to a client of mine who was telling me all about these issues with her hands the last time I saw her.

8

You’re a great listener and I believe you could be a counsellor. People are drawn to you and they want to tell you their stories and issues.

LISA SAYS: HIT! This is so true. I am looking at a counselling course, as when I have clients for fitness, there is often an emotional element too, so I want to offer the best service.

9

A relationship is coming together. You’re talking about stripping things back and asking yourself what you really want from this relationship. It’s about starting over, checking you’re on the same path.

LISA SAYS: HIT! There is someone who I am close to. He lives abroad and I am planning a trip to see how things are going, and I’ll be asking these questions about where we’re going.

10

You have a very strong connection to Italy. You’re planning a trip and it’s like ‘coming home’, a pilgrimage, you’re honouring someone in a positive way. I’m being shown a pink bougainvillea. Someone took a clipping, but unfortunately it wouldn’t grow in the UK.

LISA SAYS: HIT! My dad was Italian. I will be returning to our family home in Italy to commemorate his passing. There is beautiful bougainvillea there, as Jo says. My mum took the clipping, but it didn’t take in the UK soil. What an uncanny detail for Jo to mention!
