Take a Break Fate & Fortune

Write to the angels

Here’s how to start receiving heaven-sent messages

-

1. Begin by thinking of a problem in your life that you want an answer to, starting with one that isn’t very important to you, such as: ‘Angels, shall I paint my living room blue or green?’ Stress and sadness blocks angels so avoiding anything too emotionally charged makes it easier for beginners to channel a letter.

2. Write your problem down as a question on a piece of paper. Now, detach yourself from the question by doing something that makes you happy. This raises your vibrations and opens up your connection to the heavenly realms. You might visit a beautiful nature spot, stroke your pet or have a relaxing bath. Or you can simply imagine doing something nice like lying on a tropical beach or sitting in your garden on a sunny day.

3. Now think about everything in your life that makes you happy. If nothing comes to mind, start small: Someone smiled at me in the supermarket today I really or enjoy listening to the birds singing outside my window. List 10 of those things on your piece of paper. Gratitude helps put us in the right frame of mind to receive the angels’ advice.

4. Holding the pen gently, focus on your happy thoughts while allowing it to move freely. It might star t with scribbles, before gradually forming words. If you feel like you’re making up the answer, let that be OK! Continue until your hand stops on its own or you feel the message is complete. You now have your ver y own letter from Heaven. Now you’ve mastered the technique, feel free to put more serious questions to the angels and see what they have to say.
