Take a Break Fate & Fortune

ANGELS HELPED ME win £3,000!

I got a ‘LOTTO’ help from above... By Jane Farnsworth, 39

After a few bad weeks at work, I was ready to quit. I’d been the supervisor in a clothes shop for a few years and, although I liked dealing with customers, I hated the management side of things.

A spiritual person, I knew I needed a change of direction.

Trouble was, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I needed a bit of breathing space.

‘But that would take a lottery win!’ I sighed.

That was when an idea hit. I knew angels were real as I’d seen one when my mum passed back in April 2016. I also knew you could ask them for things.

I’d read about manifesting and universal ordering and knew you were meant to be specific when asking for something, and not be greedy.

Now in late Summer of 2018 I considered how much I’d realistically need to quit my job, deciding on a figure that would comfortably give me two months to find a better role.

‘Dear angels,’ I said. ‘Please let me win £3000 on the Lottery as I really need to leave my job.’

For the next couple of weeks I played the lotto as usual but didn’t win anything.

I didn’t give up hope though, and the week after, when I popped to the shop near my home in Portsmouth, Hampshire, to get my lottery ticket, three numbers popped into my head.

As I’d only been sent three numbers, not six, I put them on a Hotpick where, if you matched three numbers, you could win £800.

The next morning I checked my numbers... I’d won £800!

A couple of weeks later I was about to head out to get my lottery ticket again.

‘Do you need anything from the shop?’ I asked my dad, Les, who I lived with at the time.

Then I glanced at the TV and it was as though the screen had frozen. It showed three red lotto balls with white writing.

‘What’s gone wrong with the telly?’ I asked Dad. But he couldn’t see the numbers on the screen. Only I could.

I grabbed a pen to write down the numbers: 5, 43, 49...

I was so sure they’d be winners, I put them on twice – and they won! Another £1600!

Now I was up to £2400 – and really starting to think I might get what I’d asked for!

The next draw Dad asked for a Hotpick himself and told me to choose the numbers.

Again three numbers popped into my head: 24, 34 and 39. I put them on for both of us – and we won £800 each. Now I was up to £3200 – more than I’d asked for!

Knowing my bills were covered for a bit gave me the breathing space I’d asked for, and I handed in my notice.

I realised I liked working in retail, but didn’t like the management part. So I got a job as a shop assistant.

The other staff members are mainly students and after chatting to them, I’ve been inspired to go back to studying.

Now, alongside working in the shop, I’m doing an Open University degree in psychology and counselling. A job where I help others really appeals.

I asked the angels for help in finding a new direction. And they truly delivered!
