Walking with Angels

Our new expert Kris Meredith works with the angels to bring healing and heavenly guidance to the world

Iwas just 16 when my journey with the angels began. I’d decided to try meditation one day, so I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing, only to feel myself floating above my body.

Hovering above my bed, I was enveloped in a golden light of pure love. I wasn’t frightened. It was the most amazing feeling.

I couldn’t tell you how long I was there, but eventually I felt myself sink back into my body.

Afterwards I was baffled. It was clear something special had happened, but what?

Then, a few weeks later, I was at a friend’s house watching a film when I dozed off on the sofa and woke to find a face smiling at me, a figure bathed in the same golden light I’d felt before.

Instinctively, I knew I had been blessed with angelic presence. What I’d experienced in my bedroom weeks earlier was a golden healing ceremony.

Since that day life has taken me down many paths and the angels have always been with me, guiding me to work with their light, from hearing their communications to feeling their touch. I can’t wait to share this with you each month.

Grabbing opportunities isn’t always simple. Sometimes we might long for something new but also fear stepping into the unknown.

I’m here to show you how you can connect with your angels, to bring support, guidance and acceptance of life’s challenges.

The angels are rooting for each and every one of us. They want us to succeed. They are all about keeping our vibration high and full of love, so we can live the best life possible.
