Hi Mum,

It’s me! I want you all to stop worrying about me, I’m fine. That’s what I always said when I was down on Earth, wasn’t it? But this time I mean it.

I have my own personal guide here, called Neno. Apparently, he’s always been with me but I was too stupid to see him. As you can see, I still haven’t quite got away from being so self-critical but Neno is helping me work on it.

He taught me that we plan our lives in great detail before we come down to Earth. We set out the main goals we want to achieve and hopefully we match with the right personality and body to enable us to fulfil these goals. Neno tells me I didn’t quite get it right so I found life too difficult. So you see, it’s nothing to do with your parenting skills or the amount of support you gave me, life just wasn’t working out for me.

I am so sorry for the pain and grief I caused you, I really am.

I love water, so Neno has been using its magical powers to help me come to terms with the issues I had. I float in a pool of silver water that is so light it seems to dance. As it touches you it seems to caress you, it’s so weird but lovely.

Neno and I talk and replay scenes showing things that went wrong for me. I can see how and why they upset me and when I am ready to release the pain, off to the pool we go and we float together until I feel better.

I have also joined a couple of psychic groups, where we go down to Earth and learn how to read people’s vibrations as they talk. If the energy is negative, then the next stage is to neutralise it so they feel better, but we haven’t quite got to that bit yet as we’re all still beginners. We have so much fun doing it, it doesn’t really feel like we’re learning.

I’ve also joined a group of people who all left Earth in similar circumstances to me which means we all understand each other. We meet up most days to sit and chat or we go off exploring Heaven, travelling for miles to see how far we can go within our own realm. We’ve still not got to the end – it’s never ending!

Everything is so peaceful here, Mum. The only real emotion we feel is joy except when I see your sadness as I can feel what you feel.

Mum, when you think of me do so without feeling guilty. You both think you could have done more to help me, but nothing anyone could do changed the way I felt inside.

I have come to understand since I have been here this is what you need to do, change your internal happiness. But Earth never gave me that peace. So stop feeling guilty and look out for me. I visit you both every day and love you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for being the best mum a daughter could ever have had. In that sense I was so very lucky and still am.

Love,

Sam xx
