Mother’s Day MIRACLE

Mum sent an extra-special gift our way loved to share with more than just our ones.

I hadn’t had a single message

Opening the door, my daughters Marie and Nicola held a big bunch of flowers out towards me. ‘Happy Mother’s Day!’ they chorused.

‘Thanks,’ I smiled, ushering them indoors. Yet inside I wanted to curl up and cry.

Ever since my mum, June, had died in January 2016, I couldn’t face Mother’s Day. Even though I’m a medium, and had tried over the years, I hadn’t had a single message from her. So I’d decided not to celebrate it any more.

Just then, something landed on the doormat. ‘I’d forgotten all about these,’ I chuckled, as I ripped open a Jiffy bag to reveal a set of hologram tarot cards I’d ordered ages ago. ‘Why don’t one of you give me a reading?’

Neither of my girls were psychic, but Marie volunteered.

I picked three cards and placed them face down on the table, but the top card suddenly started spinning, before falling off and landing face up.

I checked to see which card it was – Death. I shuddered, thinking about my pal Donna who was ill in hospital. It was touch and go whether she’d pull through. Was it a sign she was going to die?

‘Marie, use these cards instead,’

I said, giving her an old tarot deck.

Once again, I picked three cards and the rest of the deck was placed in a pile to the side.

But before we could look at what I’d picked, we all jumped as a card flung itself from the abandoned pack and landed face up in front of us.

‘The Death card, again!’ I cried.

Shortly after,

I had a phone call to tell me Donna had passed away peacefully. Marie’s reading had obviously been spot on, but the Death card had come up twice…

I soon found out why when more awful news arrived. My friend Jacqui’s grandson Harvey had died in a terrible car accident on Mother’s Day, just hours before Marie’s reading. He’d been travelling home from his RAF barracks in Wales to see his mum when his car had spun out of control and fallen down an embankment – just like the Death card had, spinning and then falling off the top of the pack.

Somebody in spirit had moved those cards during Marie’s reading to make it known she was psychic, after all. And I didn’t need to guess twice as to who – Mum.

Although I’d never been able to make contact with her, I’d always had a feeling Mum would come through one day to one of my daughters. I think she opened up Marie’s psychic gift on Mother’s Day as proof!

Marie’s started doing readings for my followers under the name Maia Star, and people say she’s just like me, bringing family through from spirit with validation of things they’ve watched their loved one saying or doing since their passing. She even gets tingles when spirits come through, just like I do. I think Mum is setting Marie up to follow in my footsteps.

It really was the best

Mother’s Day present I could have asked for and I’m more hopeful than ever that, through Marie, I’ll get a message from my lovely mum at last.
