Hello Anne

I knew you would try and contact me. I’ve been pushing you to contact the magazine.

Fancy me appearing in one of the magazines I loved!

I always felt very blessed to have had such a wonderful daughter. I was rich in love, and there is no greater wealth than that.

We do not understand this when we are on the earth plane, but I knew on some level I did. Your love and the love of my lovely grandson Seamus is all I needed. It was this love that made it so difficult for me to leave. This is why I left a bit at a time.

Passing through a disease like cancer allows humans to slowly leave the planet.

This makes it easier for the departing soul and for those we leave behind.

There is time to heal wounds, and time to say all the things you wish to — just like we did.

There is also time to sit and soak in each other’s energy.

This is nourishment for the soul and allows one soul to draw in the energy of the departing soul. This energy then sits in the hearts of those left behind, bringing comfort as part of the loved one they have lost lives on in their heart.

Well, it was no shock when I died. We all knew I was slowly slipping away. As I began to sleep more and more, I would wake up in the spirit world, so I knew what was waiting for me and could see all those familiar souls I loved welcoming me home.

You, holding my hand, gave me so much comfort and made me feel safe and able to enter heaven. Thank you very much, Anne, this was very important to me and helped me to be brave.

When I first opened my eyes in the spirit world, the colours dazzled me.

I was back in the Emerald Isle, blinded by the most vibrant green colours you could ever see. There were so many smiling faces looking down on me, just too many to count. I could hear Irish music playing in the background, lifting my soul.

I couldn’t move at first, as I thought I was still ill in my useless body. Then when I tried to get up, I managed to jump out of bed and do a little jig!

I was free of the discomfort that had wracked my body and limited me. It felt amazing to be able to move again without pain.

Anne, I miss you so much, you were my daughter and my best friend, and I come and see you every day.

I have settled here now and I’m happy. There is so much to do and see. It is the perfect weather — not too hot or not too cold. Just imagine a day where you are warm and in your short sleeves!

I have a wonderful female guide called Ciara. She has shown me the amazing vibration we create through

I have settled here

unity, music and laughter.

We meet in the town square. Sometimes there are just a few of us and on other occasions lots of us.

We dance and clap to the most amazing music that fills the whole square.

When we have finished dancing, we sit on a lawn full of daisies sending this vibrant dancing energy, that sparkles with a thousand colours, to places that are sad and burdened with ill health, misfortune or troubles.

We slowly release it like falling snow as we watch the twinkling energy fall on to the people and the land.

While it can’t always cure them of ill health, or make their troubles disappear, it can uplift them and give them strength to cope for another day.

Ciara has also taught me the power of collective thinking and action.

Think of being at an event where people are all cheering for one team, such as football or rugby. If you could see with my new sight now, you would see the amazing vibrant energy that this creates.

On the downside, anger and war generates dark, grey energy which clings to people and generates more darkness.

If we could just stop this and care for each other, what a wonderful place the planet would be. All people need to do is care for others. This emotion is, according to Ciara, a form of love. It generates a soft, warm, amber energy that pulsates and embraces the person it is meant for.

Anne, I was so lucky to have you as my daughter, you made every day worth living.

I shall continue to watch over you and keep you both safe until the day you join me. Together we will protect your son — my lovely grandson — and his family.

I love you very much, Anne, and will always be there even though I’ve gone.

Love Mum x
