Then thank Gabriel, and be prepared for a shift in the relationship to manifest in the following days or weeks.

Sit in a safe, quiet place. Imagine Archangel Raphael wrapping his huge white wings around you — if another person or animal is your focus see them with you.
Visualise your body (and loved one/pet) being filled with white light and vitality. Spend a few moments basking in Raphael’s healing energy. When you feel ready, thank Raphael for his healing. Eat and drink something to bring you back to the here and now.

Run a warm bath. As you bathe use your right hand to splash water over your left shoulder, say three times: ‘Loneliness be gone out of my life.’
Using your left hand, splash water over your right shoulder and say: ‘Love has come into my life. Love stays with me.’

Go into your garden or a park. Dribble salt on the ground and make a circle, then stand in the middle. Then say: ‘Archangel Zadkiel please use this circle to protect me and give me strength to forgive myself (or X).’
Turn around three times anti-clockwise. As you turn say: ‘I forgive you. I forgive me.’ Using your foot, scuff away the salt and thank Zadkiel.

Michael is near to help you escape a situation or a bad habit. Is there someone you need protecting from — trust that Archangel Michael is near. ANGEL RITUAL
Lie down and shut your eyes. Visualise Archangel Michael with his flaming sword on your right side. See him sweeping his sword over the front of your body from head to toe cutting any ties that bind you. Repeat this tie-cutting on the back of your body. Next, visualise your body with white light filling any holes where the ties may have been. Finally, thank Archangel Michael for his protection. Trust that you’re safe to move on.
