TERMS AND CONDITIONS By sending us your letters, emails and photographs (submission) you agree to transfer to us all rights (proprietary rights, intellectual property rights or otherwise) within your submission. You also promise to sign any documents that we may need to show that your submission belongs to H Bauer Publishing and the wider Bauer Group. We will use all efforts to credit you for your submission, however, you agree that we are not bound to do so (i.e. you agree to waive your moral rights in your submission). You understand and agree that we will own your submission even if we do not publish it in Take a

Break and we may use, publish, distribute or otherwise your submission anywhere in the world, via any media, as we see fit. Whilst we agree to pay you a fee if we use your submission in Take a Break, you understand that you are not entitled to receive further compensation for any additional use of your submission (whether such use is in Take a Break or otherwise).

COMPETITION RULES Competitions open to residents of the UK (including Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), Eire or BFPOs, aged 18 or over, except Bauer Media employees, its affiliated companies, any promotional partners, or their families and anyone connected with the competitions. Enter by text, online or phone. No purchase necessary. Answers must be the product of own work. Unless expressly stated, travel expenses and spending money is not included. There is no cash alternative to prizes and no alternative holidays can be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
