As this is Volume 4 in the Legends of Warfare: Ground series covering just the Sherman tank, it deals with the M4A3 model that featured in WWII and the Korean War. There’s a mix of colour and mono photos on the excellent quality, glossy paper but these aren’t just generic images, they all serve a purpose. There are lots of interior shots showing technical elements of the tanks, and back this up with detailed captions. The chapters cover things like new suspension systems, hatches, the heavyweight M4A3E2 and the tank in action. An excellent guide to the Sherman.
