RNLI to hold open day at Lamlash

Arran RNLI is inviting people to attend the annual Arran RNLI open day.

Current volunteers from the lifeboat and shore crew will be on hand tomorrow (Sunday) to discuss the roles of RNLI members and demonstrat­e the various equipment at the Lamlash lifeboat station.

The Arran RNLI, which was establishe­d in 1970, covers the inshore waters around the coast of Arran. Anyone interest in joining the lifeboat or shore crew, or volunteeri­ng in any other way, should visit the station between 11am and 4pm.
