Housing plan for Lamlash

Planning permission in principle for a residential development of two semi-detached houses has been made for a site in Lamlash.

The application has been made by businessman Gavin Fulton for the vacant ground he owns to the south of the Old Hay Barn in Park Terrace and is currently under consideration by North Ayrshire Council planning officials.

Two years ago planning permission was given to the erection of a building to be used as office and storage units on the same site.
