Midtown Riot will be rockin’ the PHT

Midtown Riot Keep The Heid Tour 2018 visit the PHT this weekend.

Formed in July 2013, specifically to play at Douglasdale Folk Festival, they play a mix of acoustic folk/rock/pop penned in the main by founding member Davy Cunningham. Alongside their original tunes they play some covers too which will get you singing along.

The band became a properly constituted Music in the Community Group in 2017 to further their aims of creating and promoting opportunities for amateur musicians to perform at community events. Support

They have worked with many people giving them the chance to play at community events and support local good causes by providing fundraising musical events.

The band will be doing three sets this September weekend at The PHT, on Friday night all local musicians are invited to either take the mic or join in with the band from 9pm, Saturday night full band 9pm and Sunday afternoon acoustic set at 4pm so come and support their aims.
