Lamlash bonfire night

Taking place on the Lamlash Green on Saturday November 3 and starting at 7pm when the huge bonfire is lit, the annual Lamlash bonfire promises to be spectacular sight. With villagers and pyro-appreciators collecting wood and helping to build the fire from 11am in the morning, the family friendly event sees one of the largest bonfires on the island and is as atmospheric as they come.

As the darkness descends an impressive fireworks show starts at 7.30pm and the evening is suitably rounded off with visitors, villagers and children enjoying the warmth and social gathering, spread out around the fire as the embers die down in a fitting finish to a fiery spectacular.
