Eco Savvy at elderly forum

The next meeting of the Arran Elderly Forum will feature Eco Savvy project manager Jude King as the guest speaker and is open to all who may be interested in finding out more.

It will be held on Wednesday January 16 at the Ormidale Pavilion at 10.30am for a prompt 11am start and the presentation will inform those attending the progress that Eco Savvy has made and some of the projects that it is currently undertaking – such as its very successful and useful home energy audits.

The forum meets every third week of the month during the year except during July, August and December. In addition to the nine annual meetings, there are also two outings and a winter lunch. Topics at the meetings include current issues that affect the elderly and guest speakers are often invited to address the audience.
