STAGE THREE

I continued the block-in, now turning my attention to developing the vehicles, overhead lighting, reflections and foreground. I remained careful not to overload the board with too much pastel. However, I did apply more random pastel marks to the light reflections on the road surface. Using a very light touch I used two warm pastels for the overhead lighting to create a soft halo effect. The application of pastel was still fairly loose, with the intention of adding more colour and a little blending in the final stage
