Pictures for the BEEHIVE
Pictures for the Beehive features paintings by an eclectic mix of contemporary British artists, including Antony Gormley, Maggi Hambling, Catherine Goodman, Stuart Semple, The Chapman Brothers and many more. All of the work on show has been donated by the artists and will be auctioned off at the end of the show to raise funds for The Splash Appeal – a campaign operated by Diverse Abilities to build a hydrotherapy pool for adults with disablities at The Beehive in Dorset. An exhibition of sketches by Dorset artist Henrietta Young featuring sketches of adults who attend The Beehive, will be shown alongside the exhibition. The exhibition can be seen at The Beehive, St. Giles House, Wimborne St. Giles, Dorset BH21 5NA on September 21 and 22.
