STAGE FOUR

It was now time for the animals. I mixed up a palette of fur tones for each animal, and brushed on the main areas of colour first, before working into these areas of colour with a finer brush. Highlights were added with small brushstrokes, giving depth, before finishing with an even finer brush to paint in the eye and eyelash details, edging lines, whiskers and fur detail where necessary
