INSTITUTIONAL HEADQUARTERS

RESTORATION and comprehensive rehabilitation of the Pereira Palace in Santiago with expansion of new construction to increase its surface. The splendor of this emblematic building returns with the recovery of its facades, roofs, characteristic spaces and noble rooms, finishes, and ornamentation, updating it to house the main offices of the Ministry of Cultures of Chile.

BOUTIQUE AND UNIQUE HOTELS

COMPREHENSIVE rehabilitation of seven buildings listed for a change of use to a four-star hotel in the old town of Toledo, a World Heritage Site. We execute from the important structural consolidation works, in walls, floors, facades, etc. preserving the historical elements, up to the interior works, conditioning and finishes.

COMPREHENSIVE rehabilitation and expansion of the Helder Neto Institute for the Angolan Ministry of Fisheries. Overlay using micropiling techniques, restoration of facades with improved energy efficiency, reconfiguration of interior spaces, adaptation of facilities and execution of new buildings for workshops, laboratories and equipment.

FLAGSHIP store in Barcelona of one of the main fashion brands in the world where we recover all the historical and handcrafted interiors that give it an imprint and personality. The sgraffito, gilding, mosaics, carpentry, ornaments in wood, skylight, and stone elements are restored, as well as the interior facades, adjusting to the demanding deadlines and coordination with the brand’s team.
