What are your investments in Cabo Delgado?
Cabo Delgado is the most prominent province for our internal strategy. Here, we aim to develop three sectors: mining, LNG, and downstream. On the mining side, we are currently finalizing the Jorc report, a groundbreaking, complete geological report for graphite and vanadium mines in the region with a dual solution processing plant. In relation to LNG, we have two strategic places of operation. One is upstream logistics in Pemba, where we currently own supply yards that are strategic for pipeline yards, warehouses, well cement, explosives, and madding. The other is onshore logistics, mainly to and from Palma. In 2019, we created the consortium Integrated Solutions and Services Mozambique (SISM), together with Syntagma Holding and Quinta Essencia, dedicated to integrated solutions for local procurement and supporting services. We look forward to serving the whole gas industry, including operators, the main EPCs, and subcontractors.
