Edney Vieira became the CEO of Cimentos de Moçambique in January 2019. Before that, he held executive positions in several countries, including legal director in Brazil, CEO of Turkey operations, and chief audit and risk for the entire Cimpor Group. After joining InterCement in 2012, he worked in South Africa as executive director for supply chain, human resources, and legal affairs. Vieira holds a degree in law and three master’s degrees, one each in corporate law, law and economics, and business administration.
