A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, railway, port operations, and project management, Santos is known for providing strategic direction and having a track record of driving zero harm in logistics operations, productivity, and profits. He strongly believes the only way an operational unity can deliver sustainable results is by protecting its workers' lives. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Espírito Santo University in Brazil and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
