Mhamud Charania is the Chairman of MEREC Industries SA. A handson leader and a seasoned professional and respected entrepreneur, Charania is focused on perfecting each process of the business cycle in order to achieve overall customer service excellence. He has founded several other companies in the fields of agri-business, real estate, retail, distribution, finance, and chemicals. He currently sits on the board of Crown Paints, ADC, and CR Holding. He has a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in robotics from the University of Toronto.
