Carlos J. Nhamahango joined Banco Letshego Mozambique in 2011 as chief financial officer and became CEO in 2018. Prior to this, he held various management positions at Banco ProCredit, including CFO and regional manager. He is an agile, strategic leader with experience in the conduct of financial function, human resources, risk, financial inclusion, and financial sector operations. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Universidade Politécnica in Maputo and a certification in leading digital money market and digital money from DFI and Tufts University.
