How is Devoteam helping the government deliver the Saudi Vision 2030?

Vision 2030 includes many aspirations on the digital front and set a number of strategic objectives and mandates and targets related to the digital economy. We studied the strategic objectives and mandates thoroughly and formulated a business and digital strategy management framework based on our ability to help all the government entities implement and manage their respective initiatives and mandates. Moreover, Devoteam formed specialized consulting teams equipped with the right skills and mindsets to tackle all the transformational needs, and these teams have been engaged to implement that successfully in many governmental organizations.

Which areas of technology would you advise the market to focus on in 2021?

Data and integration. Data is giving rise to a new economy, and the data any organization has could be scaled, structured, and turned into actionable insights that will impact the success of the organization if they have the right data strategy implemented. This will enable organizations to develop greater competitive advantages, a better understanding of their clients and their needs, and make the right decisions in a proactive manner. We can also transfer this data to information to increase efficiency and time management for customers by 50-60%. Devoteam started testing this with a group of selected clients in the health and public sectors, and it is showing great results, making data one of the most important elements that all organizations should be focusing on.
