Jose María Martínez-Amutio FOUNDER & PRESIDENT, GRUPO AVALON

GRUPO AVALON was founded with an international name and approach. We were established in Madrid, but immediately started looking into different ways to internationalize ourselves. We had offices in Tel Aviv, two offices in Latin America, another in Brussels, and others. About 50% of our clients are in the private sector, and the other half are in the public sector. Last year, we grew around 18%, and we expect to grow by 21% in 2021 and around 20% in 2022. We already have two separate framework contracts for EUR45 million and EUR50 million with the European Commission. These contracts have motivated us to open an office in Poland. Another of our objectives is working for the UN, with whom we have experience working. All these should allow us to generate up to EUR300 million in revenue in the medium term. In the short term, we expect to generate EUR60 million in revenue.

OUR VISION is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We offer the possibility of embracing the cloud, reducing operational complexity and cost with a radically simple architecture in order to reach markets faster and innovate. As a company, we have more than 82,000 customers in over 150 countries across multiple industries —95% of the Fortune 100 and more than 71% of the Global 2000 companies rely on us to improve their cybersecurity posture. We have a comprehensive portfolio that helps organizations protect clouds, networks, and mobile devices.

Agustín Muñoz-Grandes CEO, S21SEC

WE HAVE leveraged the last few years to consolidate our expertise on the market, positioning us among the top five European leaders as a pure player in cybersecurity services. The accelerated digital transformation that many companies have had to undergo, especially over the last two years, has enabled cybersecurity to become one of the priorities for executives across all sectors. We have guided those companies with suitable advice for the situation, during which teleworking was implemented as an almost exclusive form of working in many companies that did not have the necessary infrastructure. We were able to support them with our expertise so they could continue their business without worrying about the possibility of a cyberattack bringing their business to a standstill.

Alejandro De la Peña GENERAL MANAGER, A3SEC

A3SEC has grown significantly in recent years and is currently immersed in a process of promoting its cybersecurity services. We have created many innovative services, and we want our customers to know about them. Our services are designed to cover the cybersecurity needs of any company. To help us achieve this, we have organized the services in three fundamental pillars or phases to ensure our clients are kept safe: prevention, detection, and response. Prevention is focused on red team exercises, code analysis, and so on, making use of our hacking team. Regarding detection and response, A3Sec is focused on detecting and responding to any potential attacks in as short a timeframe as possible.
