Tunnel vision far too dark for me

-

been praised by, among others, David Cameron, as well as Prince Charles. ANDY, www.leisureleagues.net I USE the Tyne Tunnel twice a month heading south and I find it very dark inside, I would say it is in need of new brighter lights or a coat of white paint.

On the one heading north, it is good. What do other people think of the lights inside tunnels? N TOD, Blyth It’s so heartbreaking When people are taking Someone else’s life They punch and kick Use weapons it’s sick Or stabbing with a knife They think it’s fun Then they run There’s a price they will have to pay They leave families distraught But one day they’ll get caught And woe betide that day Justice will be done There’ll be no more fun Instead of laughter there’ll be tears They’ll have time to reflect On the heartache they’ve left When they’re locked up For many years JEN McLANDERS, Byker Politics – a morally lacking game, those that play it Have to avoid any sense of shame, to get to the top They have to bend the rules, deceit and false promises Are their tools, they climb the ladder using political guile While cultivating the political handshake and false sickly smile And use the tricks of oratory to hoodwink and beguile, They exploit the weakness of others and use colleagues As stepping stones in their endeavours to attain political power: Castles of sand; ambitious fools they reach the top encamped In an ivory tower until another politician with a greater Lack of shame decides to play the morally lacking political game.
