On page 10 and 11 of yesterday’s Chronicle, we reported the conviction of takeaway owner Hargit Bariana, who was found guilty of keeping local addicts as slaves.

Illustrated with the article were three photos of restaurants and takeaways. We would like to stress that only Antonio’s takeaway was connected with the defendant.

The other two businesses pictured next to the article are not connected with the story and we apologise for any confusion caused by our error.

If you have a complaint concerning a potential breach of the Code of Practice, we will deal with your complaint directly or IPSO can refer your complaint to us. Please go to http://www.reachplc.com/ howtocomplain where you can view our Complaints Policy and Procedure. A “How To Complain” pack is also available by writing to the Legal and Compliance Department, Reach PLC, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AP.
