You can’t blame Ashley for this

ONCE again Mike Ashley is being blamed for something

which is not his fault. A word of explanation to Mrs McGeorge (Feedback, December 31).

The reason the Metrocentre’s House of Fraser is closing is because many previous customers no longer shop there but would rather sit on their backsides and buy from a mail order company.

If you want to save the High Street Mrs M, then rally all your friends to go back to proper shopping and stop them downloading music and films for free.

Otherwise your high street will be just mobile phone shops, building societies and (hooray) Greggs.
