EVERYONE loves a candid picture or a selfie in a tropical paradise while they’re on holiday.

But these North East people have created a special place for themselves on social media, attracting thousands of followers on platforms including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

And they have been ranked among the top social media influencers in Newcastle.

Some are well-known celebrities, like girl band Little Mix , while others have made a name for themselves through their work. However, some are a bit of a mystery.

Here is a list of the top social media influencers who have cited Newcastle as their city on influence.co

“I’m lucky enough to be invited to some amazing events and shows so I’ll be bringing you the latest from Fashion Month twice yearly, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and everything else in between.

“I’m primarily based in Newcastle upon Tyne but divide my time between the North East, London and Nice, France, as well as tearing up the cobbles in the fashion capitals of the world should an invite cross my path.”
