CLARIFICATION
In The Chronicle edition of Monday, November 11, we ran a story with the headline: ‘Stop failing Down’s Syndrome children’.
We have been asked to clarify that this was not a direct quote from Rachel Mewes, who would only use the phrase ‘children with Down’s Syndrome’.
