The naked truth

cameras follow an all-black group of strippers, both on and off the stage

- With Sara Wallis

EXPLICIT, extreme, provocative, Britain’s only all-male black strip club has been reaching phenomenal levels of success. “Everyone goes mental, it’s like a pack of wolves,” says one of The Chocolate Men strippers.

Co-founder Louis Francois says: “We did a Magic Mike night and we had one black guy and every time he went on, he was getting a big reception. It was like the lottery moment.”

Now The Chocolate Men are on their first nationwide tour – and tickets are selling fast.

With pretty er, revealing access, cameras follow the business, investigating what drives these men to reveal all and meeting the women who lust after them.

The strippers have to be good dancers and be well-endowed – let’s just say there’s a measurement minimum.

Co-founder Dante Williams says: “There’s a demand and we’re servicing demand.” There are plenty of shots of the saucy shows that are drawing in big crowds, but this film also follows the strippers’ home lives.

Anthony, aka Black Magic, has a baby on the way with his girlfriend Phillipa and this is his

only income.

He says: “Some people would look down their nose at the job that I’m doing, but they’re not walking in my shoes.”

Meanwhile, Gino is living with his mum and sister and using the job to pay off his university costs.

His mum has even asked if she’d be allowed to come to a show, but Gino’s adamant that she doesn’t need to see him “fully naked, dry-humping multiple women”.

He makes a very good point...
