TIME Lock should return to winning ways on her seasonal debut in the William Hill Jockey Club Stakes at Newmarket.

The five-year-old daughter of superstar Frankel had a crack at Group One level last time out at Ascot in October, but was made to pay for a slow start and could only finish five lengths behind Poptronic in seventh in the Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes.

However, she returns to a familiar hunting ground in Suffolk, having won on her last two appearances at Newmarket, including a comfortable four-and-a-quarter length success in the Group Three Princess Royal Stakes in September.

Ryan Moore, who was aboard Time Lock in the Group Three triumph, will don the famous Juddmonte colours once more as the mare returns to her favoured trip of a mile and a half.

Her chances will be aided if the rain holds off as she bids to get back in the winner’s enclosure, although she did win in France last September with a little bit of juice in the ground.

Endless Victory hopes to maintain his unbeaten status when lining up for the William Hill Newmarket Stakes. The Charlie Appleby-trained colt justified favouritism when beating Salamanca by a short head over course and distance last month and will be buoyed by his return to the Rowley Mile course.

Connections have the Dante and Derby among their options this summer for the three-year-old, who will aim to make it three wins in three starts during his short career to date.

Boiling Point can keep his nose in front of Bold Style when they renew rivalries in the William Hill King Charles II Stakes.

The Roger Varian-trained colt finished second on his last appearance on the Rowley Mile in a seven-furlong conditions contest last month, coming home a length behind winner Ten Bob Tony while only a neck ahead of Bold Style.

Bold Style, who is also trained by Appleby, led in the latter stages before fading inside the final furlong, which just gives Boiling Point the edge to come out on top once again.

At Goodwood, Clarendon House can carry over his positive form from the winter when targeting the William Hill Epic Boost Handicap.

The six-year-old enjoyed allweather victories at Wolverhampton and Southwell before the turn of the year and started 2024 with a trip to Meydan, where he finished an impressive fourth in a Group Two.

Most recently, Clarendon House finished third behind Diligent Harry, who subsequently placed in a Group One in Dubai, back at Southwell in February and that form suggests he could be a contender to take the spoils.

Lady Lightning has the experience to secure her second successive triumph in the British Stallion Studs EBF Restricted Novice Stakes.

The Ed Dunlop-trained two-yearold won on debut at Wolverhampton last month and was two lengths clear of third-placed Ellomate, who is one of her rivals in this race.

The filly will carry top weight and should have enough to progress further after that experience, although Carderock, son of Group One-winning US Navy Flag, could be a threat on his debut for Richard Hannon.
