Pottering around
BRINGING SOME HARRY POTTER MAGIC to our school for the 20th anniversary - was a spellbinding adventure, as many of us grew up reading these iconic books.
Throughout World book day, the amazing characters and story lines were celebrated- we dressed as our favourite characters from the thrilling novels; studied witching history and completed an interactive quiz. The day also included writing a newspaper, about the threatening game of Quidditch, and a magical maths hunt.
Many of the competitors unleashed their creativity at home, in some magical competitions, such as: designing a new creature or character and designing a new house including a founder, logo and wand. This was a magical day, enjoyed by both staff and students.
