Boxer goes distance

Peugeot is fitting a new 75kwh battery to all its e-boxer electric vans which will add up to 15 miles to their range. The company has also cut prices, with £8,770 knocked off the price of the e-boxer 440 Professional Auto, which now starts from £66,535.

Electric vans are still eligible for a government grant worth £5,000 but, given the PICG cuts and the reduction in electric two-wheeler grants, this benefit might not be around for too much longer.
