RETIREMENTS AND RESIGNATIONS
The Rev Canon John Ackland, retired as Team Rector of the Forest Hill Team Ministry and also Honorary Canon of Southwark Cathedral (Southwark) retires with effect 31st July 2015 and is Honorary Canon Emeritus.
The Rev David Butlin, resigned as Chaplain to the Royal Marsden Hospital (London) with effect April 2015, and now holds Permission to Officiate.
The Rev William Campen, Rector of Charlwood, S Nicholas and also Rector of Sidlow Bridge, Emmanuel (Southwark) retired with effect 10th August 2015. The Revd Anne Clarke, resigned Associate Vicar of Lee, The Good Shepherd with S Peter (Southwark).
The Revd Carol Coslett, presently Rector of Betchworth and Buckland (Southwark), Acting Area Dean of Reigate and also Faith in the Countryside Link Officer ceased to be Team Rector of Merstham and Gatton Team Ministry with effect 27th July 2015. The Revd (William) Stephen Griffin, MBE, Team Vicar of Christ Church in the Mortlake with East Sheen Team Ministry (Southwark) retired with effect 1st August 2015.
The Revd Paul Holland, Team Vicar in the Barnes Team Ministry (Southwark) retired with effect 20th July 2015.
The Rev Henriette Howarth, Assistant Curate without stipend of Peckham (Southwark), All Saints resigned with effect July 2015. The Rev Canon David Isherwood, Rector of Clapham, Holy Trinity and St Peter and also Honorary Canon of Southwark Cathedral (Southwark) retired with effect 28th June 2015 and is Honorary Canon Emeritus of Southwark Cathedral.
The Rev David Longe, presently Associate Priest in the North Lambeth Team Ministry (Southwark) resigned to take up the post of Chaplain to the Archbishop in Jerusalem, his last Sunday was 12th July 2015. The Rev Wendy Saunders, presently Priest-in-Charge of Eltham, S Saviour (Southwark) retires with effect 31st August 2015,
The Rev Diana Thornton presently Chaplain to St Mark’s Academy (Southwark) resigned.
The Rev Martin Joyce (Norwich) Priest in Charge, Upper Nar Group (Beestonnext-Mileham, East Lexham, Great Dunham, Litcham w Kempston, Little Dunham St Margaret, Little Fransham with Great Fransham, Stanfield, Tittleshall with Godwick, West Lexham) to retire. The Rev Helen Marie Collins, currently Assistant Curate in the Benefice of Christ the Servant Stockwood (Bristol) has resigned her post with effect from Sunday 6th September, 2015. The Rev Canon John Wynburne, Incumbent of the Benefice of Long Crendon with Chearsley and Nether Winchendon (Oxford) retired.
