Keynote speaker for ‘Reconciling a Wounded Planet’, Revd Margot Hodson, has reflected on her hope for the conference.

The 200-delegate event at Coventry Cathedral will bring Christians together to discuss how they can cooperate to find lasting solutions for the effects of climate change. Speakers include Bishop James Jones, Sir Ghilean Prance and Professor Richard Bauckham.

“It is very significant that Coventry Cathedral is taking a lead in responding to our environmental crisis. My hope is that the conference will influence Christians internationally to take environmental concerns seriously and see the interconnection between human and environmental concerns, especially through the lens of reconciliation,” said Revd Hodson.

‘Reconciling a Wounded Plant’ will take place at Coventry Cathedral on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September.
