Kop Hill Climb in brief

Held over September 25/26, there were over 16,000 in attendance at this year’s Kop Hill Climb.

Best bikes this year for Mortons’ trophies were prewar, a superb 1923 James V-twin 750cc combination built originally by the late Don Hunt and now used by the next generation, and postwar a 1974 Ducati 750SS. The photograph shows the Hunt family collecting their trophy from Sammy Miller. There’ll be a full report next month.
