Is there legal guidance regarding securing a motorcycle to a trailer? And any legal advice of strap type and number?

Legal guidance states all loads, no matter how carried (trailer, roof rack, lorry, open van etc) must be secure. And if anything comes adrift or the trailer detaches itself from the tow vehicle, the liability is the driver’s alone.
