Calling Ray Phillips

Bit of a long shot this one... I talk to Rita Perris (Frank’s wife) on the phone as often as I can and she receives a lovely Christmas card every year from a chap called Ray Phillips. The envelope is postmarked Sheffield. Rita has no idea who Ray is and has no contact address, though is pretty sure it’s a motorcycle contact. Any help gratefully received!
