05 Suspension

-

All frames were rigid,

with rider comfort provided by a sprung

Terry’s saddle. Pillion riders got a reasonably generous pad for their perches, fitting either direct to the mudguard, or to

the carrier.

The front fork was a Webb-type girder. Much of the engineering is straightforward, but the way everything fits together needs to be

fully understood. If there is any doubt, take specialist advice over this safety-critical assembly.
